Glass packaging materials
Glass packaging materials are widely used in injection, powder injection, biopharmaceuticals, blood products, freeze-drying agents, oral liquids and other fields. Glass has good chemical stability, is not affected by the atmosphere, and is not decomposed by solid or liquid substances with different chemical compositions. By changing the chemical composition of glass, its chemical properties and radiation resistance can be adjusted. Composite packaging materials
Mainly including aluminum plastic caps for oral solid plastic bottles, liquid plastic bottles, etc. These plastic bottles are mostly made of high-density polyethylene materials or polypropylene, polyester materials.
Rubber packaging materials
Rubber is mainly used in the packaging of drugs in the form of container plugs and washers, which are divided into two types: rubber and butyl rubber. Rubber, due to its poor sealing performance and unstable chemical properties, needs to be sealed with wax for supplementation and has been eliminated. Butyl rubber has excellent sealing performance and is increasingly used for packaging antibiotic powder injections.
Metal packaging materials
Mainly used for aluminum-plastic caps for powder injection packaging, bottle bodies for ointments and aerosols, and medicinal aluminum foil for aluminum-plastic bubble wrap packaging. The aluminum-plastic combination cover has been increasingly accepted by the market due to its convenient opening and hygienic use. Aluminum aluminum packaging, which has developed in recent years, is a new type of packaging material with strong barrier properties that can extend the shelf life of drugs, especially suitable for drugs with poor chemical stability.
