New Bottle Cap Design And Aseptic Operation

Aluminum plastic cap drugs are usually packaged in glass bottles, with a bottle mouth structure consisting of a rubber stopper, aluminum cap, and hard plastic cap. During the preparation process, filling and sealing are carried out first, followed by sterilization treatment. Therefore, when opening the plastic cover by hand, as long as the inner rubber stopper is not touched, it will not be contaminated and does not require disinfection.

Notes:
For powder injection and water injection aluminum-plastic cap drugs within the validity period, if the packaging is intact and the rubber stopper exposed in the center of the aluminum cap is not contaminated during the opening process, the rubber stopper should be kept sterile and can be directly used for dispensing. Similarly, sterile liquids packaged in polypropylene infusion bottles or multi-layer co extruded film infusion bags can also be used directly after opening the pull tab without disinfection. However, it should be noted that if the opening time is too long, the bottle mouth may have been contaminated by air and dust, and disinfection treatment should be carried out at this time.
